With just one month to go, the National Renewable Energy Laboratory’s (NREL’s) 30th Industry Growth Forum (IGF) has shaped up to be the most exciting to date!
On May 3rd and 4th, 30 cleantech companies will take the stage to unveil topics ranging from blockchain to batteries. The presenters are pioneering technologies and business models on the cutting edge of cleantech and were chosen by an independent board of investors out of a group of over 150 applicants.
The Power of Collaboration: Innovation, Investment, and Impact panel, hosted by Prelude Ventures’ Tim Woodward, features some of the best and brightest in the investment, research, and entrepreneurial world, including the CEO of Husk Power Systems and Associate Lab Director of NREL Innovation & Partnering Outreach.
The 2018 keynote address at the Forum will be delivered by Nancy Pfund. One of today’s leading cleantech venture capitalists, Nancy is a graduate of the Yale School of Management, the founder of Double Bottom Line Partners, and has spent her career investing in and working with the top minds in the industry. Through a partnership with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), NREL is hosting a spinoff event designed to connect investors and entrepreneurs targeting emerging geographic markets.
