1000+ connections made at the 2018 Industry Growth Forum

Startups: Wondering what to expect as an attendee of the NREL Industry Growth Forum (IGF)? The aim of the event is to convene and connect investors, entrepreneurs, strategic partners, and innovative organizations to explore new relationships and collaboration for accelerating innovation in the cleantech pipeline.

A signature feature of the event is the One-on-One Networking Session, held at the onset of the IGF. Similar to speed-dating, the 1-on-1 session gives investors a venue to host many seceding quick meetings, where they can make new connections with cleantech entrepreneurs, hear some quick pitches, and then smoothly transition to their next meetings.

Startups who apply to present receive early access to sign up with seated investors over the 3-hour session. In 2018, there were over 1000 new connections made during the One-on-One Networking session!

In 2019, we anticipate featuring over 80 seated professionals eager to connect with innovators. Here is a look at last year’s participating firms:
